FYSK is a contact organization service that helps you remember and organize contacts from your Gmail account. The Service includes:

• Read-only access to your Gmail to extract contact information
• AI-powered contact enrichment and tagging
• Contact search and organization features
• Cloud storage of your organized contacts

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensuring your contact information is current and accurate

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account through the Settings page
• Contacting support@friendsysk.com
• Revoking Gmail access through your Google Account settings

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Pose a security risk to the Service or other users
• Fail to pay fees (if applicable)

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately

• Sections 7, 9, 10, and 13 shall survive termination

13.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS AGAINST FYSK ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FYSK regarding the Service.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
